Ross Godden joined ABA Lawyers in October 2018. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2011. In addition to his Law degree, Ross also Holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Applied Science. Ross was admitted to the profession in 2011 and has also been admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia.
Ross has previously been the principal of his own law firm and has worked mainly in Family Law and Wills and Estates.
Ross is enthusiastic and capable to assist clients with a range of issues from child care arrangements to complex property settlements. Ross is able to provide competent advice, negotiate on your behalf and attend court (where necessary) in relation to the following areas:

- Property Settlements and Financial Restructuring for both married, defacto and same-sex couples
