Meet Kobi, your friendly neighbourhood Legal Advocate.
Hailing from Darwin, Northern Territory, Kobi moved to North Lakes and joined the ABA Lawyers team in May 2024. Completing his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Charles Darwin University and his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GradDipLP) from the College of Law.
Kobi was admitted to the legal profession in May 2023 and has been admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia since August 2023. Kobi is also a trained and nationally Accredited Mediator. Kobi brings to the team, his previous experiences and expertise in Wills and Estates, Conveyancing, Property & Commercial law, Dispute Resolution and Litigation.
Outside of the office, Kobi enjoys and embraces his pop-culture geekiness, video & board gaming and you can catch him being a massive foodie or attending cosplay / con events in the city.
Predominately overseeing the Wills & Estates and Property practice, Kobi is further able to provide knowledgeable advice, negotiations on your behalf, and Court attendance (where necessary) in relation to the following areas:

- Residential and Commercial Conveyancing - Including preparing / reviewing Contracts of Sale, advising on Contract Terms and Leasing arrangements.

- Property Settlements and Financial Restructuring for married, de facto, and same-sex couples
